Beginnings of O' Keefe & Merritt  Company dates as far
as one of the hardest times in USA history, it was when
our land was  recovering from humanitarian and
economical crisis. That was the time two brave smart
man Mr.Keefe & Mr. Merritt salesman and mechanic  for
Boyle Manufacturing decided to make offer to owner of
the Boyle Manufacturing and start their own business .
.the O'Keefe & Merritt Company (At that time were both
working for the company for over 7 years )
